I was given Rosy’s phone number by a chain of friends that have all used her and I will not hesitate to use Rosy again for buying or selling, nor would I think twice about referring anyone to Rosy no matter how large or small the scale of the project. Rosy knows the business well and will tell you when there is a detail she is not familiar with regarding any questions you have, but she will quickly find the answer for you. She knew when there was something suspicious during any part of a given transaction; whether it was a good or bad idea to pursue a given property, and will never talk you in or out of something for her benefit. I never got the sense Rosy was acting or operating on her behalf and uses facts to back up her reasoning for or agaisnt a property. I felt completely in control of the transaction and that I had a very hard working, efficient, trustworthy agent on my side. The purchase of my first duplex, though I am not naive to the business, could not have gone any better. Rosy gets things done, even when you are asking for what seems impossible. The entire time I felt like I had my own personal agent whose only function is to make things as easy and quick as possible without missing a single detail, and who wasn’t afraid to go out and get it done, even when what I was asking seemed crazy.

When we called Rosy to help us sell our house – we were in a hurry. I was in Foreclosure and my house was in auction to sell but Rosy was able to postpone my sale date on the last minute and it gave us time to try to save my home.
